Return & Refund Policy

At brifkeis, we want you to love your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.

Return Eligibility:

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken or packaging is opened
- Socks and accessories may be returned if unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Opened underwear packages (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process:

1. Email info@brifkeis.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package your items securely in original or similar packaging
4. Ship the items back using a tracked shipping method

Refund Information:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges:

- Size exchanges are available for unworn items
- Contact info@brifkeis.com to initiate an exchange
- Standard shipping fees apply to exchange orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please:
1. Email us at info@brifkeis.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include photos of the damage/incorrect item
3. Provide your order number
We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
